Biography

Dr. Hassan el Sabeh is a researcher in hydrology and hydraulics at the Lebanese National Council for Scientific Research (CNRS-L). His work focuses on flood modeling and the development of early warning systems in data-scarce regions. He has extensive experience in water resources management and decision-support systems for disaster risk management.
