Chairman Rachid Karami International Fair

Dr. Hani El-Chaarani is a prominent Lebanese academic, researcher, and financial expert. He holds a Ph.D. in Financial Management from the University of Bordeaux in France and serves as a Professor of Finance at Beirut Arab University (BAU). In addition to his academic work, he is the Chairman of the Rachid Karami International Fair and the head of the International Business and Economic Research Academy (IBERA). With extensive experience as a financial consultant for international organizations and public institutions, his research focuses on corporate governance, banking performance, and the financial behavior of family firms during economic crises.
