Biography

Dr Harb is the Head of Data and Statistics at the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health. Dr. Harb leads national efforts to strengthen health information systems and advance data documentation, including the enhancement of Civil Registration and Vital Statistics in Lebanon. She is responsible for generating Lebanon’s core health indicators, including the National Health Accounts. Dr. Harb plays a prominent role in advancing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. She is a key opinion leader in global health diplomacy and systems resilience, contributing to international dialogues on universal health coverage and sustainable development, and is currently representing Lebanon in the WHO Executive Board.
